We use Stripe as a payment processing provider to ensure your transactions are secure. Your credit card details are never seen or stored by us, as all payment information is directly handled by Stripe.
We offer a cost-efficient, pay-per-use model for evaluating your LLM Apps. More details can be found on our Pricing page.
We offer two different Evaluations Setups with different pricing models:

| Remote Evaluation | Fully managed service where the API keys for the models used in testing are provided and managed by the Lynxius team. Evaluation tasks are executed in the background, freeing you from delays and compute costs. The price covers our OpenAI GPT-4o costs, as we currently use this model for our AI-assisted Evaluators. | $0.05 per eval-row |

Tip
1,500 free eval-rows per week are only available for the Local Evaluation setup. When using Remote Evaluation the ORGANIZATION-OWNER can top the balance of the organization. Once the balance is positive, evaluations can be run by using the project's API key. If an organization's balance is non-positive, requests will fail with an HTTP 402 Payment Required status code.
The minimum amount that can be added to the balance is $5.
Top Up Balance

The ORGANIZATION-OWNER can top up their organization balance by clicking the button on the billing page. You will be prompted to enter the amount you want to add (minimun is $5) and your credit card details. Make sure to set your default organization first.
Once we receive confirmation of successful payment from Stripe, you will see the updated balance for your organization. An invoice will also be sent to your email.
Cost and Billing Policies

You are only charged for successfully completed evaluations. If something goes wrong on our side, you will not be charged. We use distributed locking and ensure atomic operations for critical tasks like managing your balance.
